We have an automated ice machine that produces over 300 pounds of ice per day, we use 100+ pounds every day on our trips, And another 50+ pounds post trip while cleaning fish. We ice and bleed the fish that come aboard to have the best quality table fare possible.

Here at Salmon crazy adventures. We are avid connoisseurs of seafood! I think it would be an accurate count to say we have tried 500 recipes for different types of fish found here in Alaska, probably more.
